The Freedom™ Website Application is a content management system (CMS) that empowers anyone within your organization—regardless of technical prowess—to make updates to your website. Various modules within this application allow you to manage and edit web pages, add photos, upload files, create password-protected areas, and more.
File Manager (PDFs, Images, Etc.)
This is where you store every image, document, video, and audio file that you want to use on your website. These files can be incorporated into web pages, news articles, blog posts, and more.
Whether you need a simple Contact Us form or a more robust Member Registration application, you can create it using the Forms Module. Create custom form fields, and choose between text fields, checkboxes, dropdown lists, and more! You can view form submissions directly in the module, or you can have notification emails sent to anyone on your team.
The Jobs module allows you and your website visitors to post job opportunities to your site. It’s straightforward for even non-technical users to create a brief job description and include files. Front-end users are assigned job-posting logins, and once a post is submitted, it is placed in an approval database before going live.
Site Navigation (Menus)
This module allows you to create and maintain one of the most crucial elements of your website—your navigation menu. You can create multiple menus for a single site, and it’s easy to add, edit, and delete menu items.
We can provide you with whatever type of directory you need, whether it’s a listing of staff, board members, local businesses, members, or something else! You’ll have the ability to add, edit, and delete directory items with ease.
Manage Dynamic Content (Blog, News Articles, Etc.)
Keep your members engage with original blog content. The Syndication module allows you to import syndicated news articles from other media outlets and publish those articles to your website as your own content. The News Feed module pulls in RSS feeds from media outlets and publishes the links to your site.
Resource Libraries (Searchable Videos, Documents, Etc.)
Created specifically for PDFs, Word documents, and other written papers, this module allows you to search, sort, encrypt, and edit your organization’s documents. You can also set permissions to enable only certain levels of users to view documents.
This module allows you to plan out your website content in a private area not visible to the public. You can assign content to specific people, set a completion percentage, specify which module to use, and add notes.
