How to hard refresh

Sometimes your browser will store a page's information in its cache. This allows it to load this page more quickly next time you visit. Unfortunately, sometimes this prevents you from seeing the most up-to-date version of a page. In order to fix this you must clear your browser cache and request the page again - this is referred to as a 'hard refresh', browsers typically have a shortcut for this.

To hard refresh on Google Chrome on Windows, hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.

To hard refresh on Google Chrome on Mac, hold down Shift and click the Reload button.

To clear the cache on Safari on iPhone, open the Settings app and scroll down to 'Safari', then tap ‘Clear History and Website Data’.

*Note that clearing the cache on Safari will log you out of all the websites that you’re currently logged into.

Instructions for clearing cache on Android will depend on version and browser. Please try going to Settings app and select 'Apps', then select 'Storage', then select your browser, then tap 'Clear Storage'.
