If you experience problems with your synchronization, you can view diagnostics in Freedom in the Billing Module's Database tab on the Diagnostics subtab. This displays information about where problems are occurring, which you can remedy within Freedom or QuickBooks.

If you make changes to both Freedom and QuickBooks between synchronization, there may be conflicts with some of the data. You can specify whether Freedom or QuickBooks is the master database, which will override the other program. In Freedom, go to Green > Toolbar > Billing and select a program in the "Master Database" field.
