Using toolbox features

The Toolbox tab of the Tools Module provides several tools for optimizing and maintaining a Freedom website:
- Auto-create web pages: When you first build a site, it is often useful to use the Auto-create Web Pages feature of the Tools module to create web pages in the Blue interface. When you run this utility, the system goes through each menu item in the Menus module of the system and creates a new webpage for each menu item that is not linked to anything. The system also sets the link of each of these menu items to point to the new corresponding web page.
- Optimize Database Tables: This button lets you check the database tables that are used by the system and verify that they are all up-to-date. This tool also performs some basic clean-up utilities that ensure that the database tables of the system are running correctly.
- Clear Database Cache: This button clears all the database queries that have been cached into files in the local cache directory of the server. This process runs quickly and can be safely run at any time.
- Turn Debugger On: This button lets you track how operations are completed by the system. This feature is primarily used by Accrisoft developers. When the debugger is turned on, a pop-up window appears that displays some of the system functions that are being completed as you work on the Green or Blue interface. You can turn this feature off by clicking the button again.
