Making private comments public
The decision to have comments come in as public or private is defined in the Green interface's Configuration Module using the setting "Comments default private."
If comments are set to default as private, you'll have to make them public before they will appear on the live website.
In whichever module you are using with comments, go to the Comments tab and click Edit next to the comment you’d like to make public. In the popup window that appears, deselect the “Public (visible to all users)” checkbox and click OK. The comment will immediately appear on the live site.
