Adding a project template
Often, when you select a template from the Templates dropdown list upon project creation, you select a blank template. However, you may find it useful to predefine to-do items that are associated with projects that are similar in scope. Note that you cannot start a project without a template, even if it is empty.
To create a new template, take the following steps:
- Click the Add a New Template button
- Enter a name for your template.
- In the Notes section, enter your project notes. These will autopopulate into your Project Overview.
- In the To Do section, enter your project To Dos. These will autopopulate into your To Do list on the To Do subtab of the Projects main tab.
