Adding a project template

Often, when you select a template from the Templates dropdown list upon project creation, you select a blank template. However, you may find it useful to predefine to-do items that are associated with projects that are similar in scope. Note that you cannot start a project without a template, even if it is empty.

To create a new template, take the following steps:

  1. Click the Add a New Template button
  2. Enter a name for your template.
  3. In the Notes section, enter your project notes. These will autopopulate into your Project Overview.
  4. In the To Do section, enter your project To Dos. These will autopopulate into your To Do list on the To Do subtab of the Projects main tab.
