Is your commerce checkout form not loading countries? How to troubleshoot

If your commerce checkout form isn't loading countries in the country drop down, don't worry, you're not alone. There are several things that you can do to troubleshoot the issue and fix it on the spot.

1. Check to make sure the page layout that you're using in the Commerce module has the jQuery widget:


If not, here's how to fix it:
- Go to your Green interface > Layouts module > Widgets tab
- Add a new widget by clicking the 'Add a new Widget' button
- Add the 'jQuery Include' widget as such:

2. Next, make sure your Commerce module is set up for international orders. Go to the Green interface > Toolbar module > Edit the Commerce module. Check to be sure that the 'Allow International Addresses' is set to 'Yes'

If not, simply set this to 'Yes'.

3. Finally, be sure that you have international shipping configured, even if your products don't require shipping.

If not, here's how to fix it:
- Go to your Orange interface > Setup tab
- Now, add one of the options. It doesn't matter too much which one your pick, any will do.
- Finally, set the surcharge to a flat rate of 0, and the 'Region' to 'International'
- This way, you will be able to custom choose which countries you do and don't sell to.
