Processing a commerce order

Once you have set up items for sale and configured all the taxes and shipping rates, visitors can order through the site. The system administrator may configured the system to email notifications of orders.

To process orders:

  • In the Orders tab of the module, select Edit next to an order to view the information and process an order.
  • View the order information and update the status field below to process the order appropriately.
  • Mark the order as closed and enter who the order was shipped by, the tracking number, and any appropriate comments.
  • Click Update Status to update the status of the order.
