Membership Dues Signup Form That Adds Additional Contacts

Recently there was a Feature Request to have the ability to build Membership Signup Forms that can add "Additional Contacts" under the Member's profile. Below are the steps to accomplish this:

  1. Go to > Operations > Dues (Membership) > Forms > Add or Edit a Dues Form
  2. Go to > Repeat Fields tab > Add a New Repeat Field > Choose Repeat Type: Membership > Select your Field you want to have as part of the additional contact inforamtion
  3. Repeat Step (2) to add all desired Fields
  4. Go back to your Web Form Fields Tab > Add a New Field > Select 'Repeat' > Add 'Repeat_Quantity' Field > Choose Combobox > Provide a list of the number of contacts a member can add > Save
  5. Add a 'Repeat_Placeholder' field > Save
