Membership Dues Signup Form That Adds Additional Contacts
Recently there was a Feature Request to have the ability to build Membership Signup Forms that can add "Additional Contacts" under the Member's profile. Below are the steps to accomplish this:
- Go to > Operations > Dues (Membership) > Forms > Add or Edit a Dues Form
- Go to > Repeat Fields tab > Add a New Repeat Field > Choose Repeat Type: Membership > Select your Field you want to have as part of the additional contact inforamtion
- Repeat Step (2) to add all desired Fields
- Go back to your Web Form Fields Tab > Add a New Field > Select 'Repeat' > Add 'Repeat_Quantity' Field > Choose Combobox > Provide a list of the number of contacts a member can add > Save
- Add a 'Repeat_Placeholder' field > Save
