How to setup the Support Ticket module to have tickets pull from an email inbox into the module as "new" tickets

Your email account must have IMAP enabled and configured in order for Freedom to import emails from it.

In Green, go to Toolbar and edit the Support Ticket module. In the Settings section, enter the Incoming imap account, Incoming imap server, and password.

Incoming imap account is usually the email address you want to pull from.
Incoming imap server is the URL to the server hosting the email account. You should be able to get this from the help area of your email account. Do NOT include the http:// or https://.
Password is the password for the email account.
