Adding a new ticket category

Categories help sort and organize tickets for easier processing.
To add a new ticket category and allow new tickets to be grouped into it, take the following steps:
- Click on the Categories tab.
- Click on the Add a New Category button
- Enter a name for the new category.
- If you would like to upload an image to use in place of the category name, click Browse to upload the image.
- Click Add, and the new category will be added to the list.
