Lead Nurturing FAQs

Recently we had some questions come up about the Lead Nurturing Module. Below are some of the common questions that we receive.

-----
Q: When you first open the Lead Nurturing Module, how are the leads sorted?

A: Leads can be sorted to your liking by simply clicking the Table’s header. So, for example, if you want the leads to load showing the most recent first you will then click on the “Date entered” column’s header to sort them ascending or descending.
-----
Q: What are the priority stars?

A: This field is used for sorting the leads in lister. The more stars the lead has, the closer to the top it bubbles up.
-----
Q: When I click on edit what are “interactions”? Why are they 0?

A: At this time this feature has been deprecated and is not used for anything.
-----
Q: How are the profile images being pulled in?

A: Profile images are either added manually or if/when a Facebook profile is discovered the user’s Profile Photo is then used.
-----
Q: What is a “confidence level”?

A: The confidence level is how sure the system is the person in the Lead is actually correct. There is an algorithm that tries to best guess if the person is actually that person and then it assigns the confidence number. The higher the number the better the guess, but it’s a guess. The range is from 2 to 10.
-----
Q: What is “Membership”?

A: The Blue bulb shows that lead’s email is matching some member’s email in the Membership module.
-----
Q: What is “State”? What does "Active" or "Inactive" mean?

A: Only Active leads will be processed in response chain, and if a lead reaches the end of response chain it will be set as Inactive unless it’s removed.
-----
Q: What is a WVI?

A: WVI is short for Website Visitor Identification. Accrisoft Freedom websites can communication between each other and share data. When a visitor from a Freedom site is added to the Lead Nurturing in one Freedom site and then visits a different freedom site, they are added to the second site as a 'WVI' lead.
-----
Q: Why are we sharing leads between Freedom sites?

A: You can opt-out if you don’t want to share leads with other Freedom users. If you opt-out Freedom will not share your leads, but you also won’t get leads from others.
-----
Q: What is the “possible initial submission”?

A: Leads are created if a form is set to track leads. If a person submits the form for the first time, the lead is created but the actual form submission is not counted toward activity.
