Managing Owners

Whenever you create a sales lead, you assign an owner to it. This is someone in your organization who is in control of the relationship with the potential client.

You can filter the list of all open sales leads by owner. To do so, go to the Sales tab. Here you'll see all of your open leads. On the right-hand side, just above the list, you'll see theView Settings drop-down menu. Add a new filter and set to (Show All Owners) is and type in the name. Once the filter is save the list will only display the leads owned by this person.

Owners are limited to those who have Freedom administrative access. If you'd like to add additional people to this list, contact your system administrator.
