Viewing social activity
There are two kinds of activity you can view within the Social Module:
- All activity from the selected modules
- Activities that have been posted to social networks
The Activity Tab
You can view all of the activity for the modules you selected in the Setting up notifications process on the Activity tab. This information is collected in this module, but these items are not necessarily posted to social networks. You can even click on the Add a new Activity button to manually add an activity.
The Notifications Tab
To view only the activity that was posted to social networks, visit the Notifications tab. This displays the messages posted to social networks, along with which network they were posted to. It also provides information, such as when the post took place, if there was an error and, in the case of an error, when posting was retried.
