Monitoring comments

The decision to receive visitor comments as public or private is defined in site setup by the system administrator. If comments are set to come through as private, they must be viewed and approved before being displayed on the live website.

To make comments public:

  1. Click on the Comments tab and select Edit next to a comment.
  2. Select the Public (visible to all users) checkbox and click OK. The comment will immediately appear on the live site.


To remove live comments:

  1. Click on the Comments tab and select Edit next to a comment.
  2. Uncheck the Public (visible to all users) checkbox and click OK. The comment will no longer appear on the live site, but will still be available for view in the Blue interface
  3. Undesired comments may be discarded completely by selecting Del.
