Setting up form conditions

Apr 20, 2014 8:31 pm

Form conditions let you direct visitors to different pages of the form based on their answers to questions.

For example, if you were building a form for training classes and asking what class a visitor took, you could set up conditions that direct the visitor to a page for each specific class depending on the answer to the original questions.

Conditions are set up through the Conditions subtab of the Web Forms tab. To add a new condition, click on the Add a New Condition button. You can use multiple criteria to determine the next step; to create the condition, simply enter the conditional information and select an option from the "Then" dropdown list at the bottom of the page (Process Form, Load Page). As you add pages to your form, this dropdown will automatically autopopulate with those pages.
