New Association Website and Membership Software Launch: International Society of Equine Locomotor Pathology

We are excited to announce a new website launch for the International Society of Equine Locomotor Pathology (ISELP). This organization is a 501(c)3 nonprofit educational society focused on lameness in the equine athlete. The goal of ISELP is to provide current knowledge and techniques in the continually evolving field of equine locomotor analysis. This helps to better prepare the equine clinician in understanding and managing lameness conditions in the equine athlete.

With members located worldwide, ISELP needed a single software and new website to better to manage its members, programs, and events. Using Accrisoft Freedom’s total software solution, this association can easily:

Navigation

• The main navigation on this site has a sticky menu. That means as you move down the page, the menu stays fixed to the top of the web page, so you can quickly scroll and move around the site.
• In the utility navigation, there is a site search bar that gives users the ability to search for content and resources across the website. [Learn more about why it’s so essential for your association to use a search function on your website.]
• For member-based organizations, it’s always great to add a Join Now category in your navigation, so people don’t have to go searching too long for this page on your site. ISELP made their join stick out using a red button in the main navigation.

Design

• This website is built with a component-based design making it easily customizable for ISELP to update or make changes at any time.
• This association utilized Accrisoft’s design team to translate their vision into what you see now with the newly designed site.
• There are customized quick links with images, transparent boxes, and gradient color overlays as you scroll down the homepage.
• The Events & Registration and Our Sponsors sliders were uniquely designed for ISELP. They look similar as each section has transparent box design elements, but each offers a slightly different style.

Featured Web Pages

• The ISELP-TV web page is a custom library that offers a wide range of on-demand content for members, including live stream modules, sponsor webinars, and complimentary lectures. 
• With members worldwide, it was essential to show where constituents are located on an interactive map. Another feature on the Member Map is the search functionality. Members can also be found by country, postal code, or by their type of membership.
• ISELP features content that sponsors write and submit on the Sponsor News page. This web page was built with Accrisoft’s Blog Module and was customized to fit the needs of ISELP. Past content can be quickly found under archives or searched by tags.
• The Events Calendar is another customized page on this site. The calendar view displays both ISELP and industry-wide events. If members opt for the list view, only ISELP specific events are showcased. 

Membership Software for Associations

• ISELP eliminated the use of third-party software, exporting and importing various data and using multiple logins by simplifying to one total software solution powered by Accrisoft Freedom. 
• Using one software system encourages staff and member usage and efficiency. Built on Amazon Web Services and using top-tier technology, ISELP is hosted through the cloud and uses the latest security features, including facial recognition and blockchain. 
• Members can find great synergy with your organization if you give them the proper tools.
