Urban Libraries Council Launches New Member Hub Website

Please join us in congratulating Urban Libraries Council on the launch of their new Member Hub website and membership management software. As the premier membership organization of North America's leading public library systems and the organizations that serve them, the Urban Libraries Council now has a better membership management system that allows them to tie their finance, events and membership all to their website. They have eliminated the headache of storing their data in spreadsheets and they now have the freedom to use more automation through a better membership management process. 

We wanted to share some of the top highlights of their new Member Hub site and membership management software.

Homepage

The Member Hub homepage is more than just a login page. There are scrolling images with calls-to-action to explore upcoming events and visit the Knowledge Exchange landing page. Knowledge Exchange has a variety of resources, documents and downloads just for members to download. Members simply login to access these resources along with a full Member Directory. 

Events

Upcoming Events are also displayed for members to browse through on the homepage. They can search for events by keyword or filter events by category. Members can also easily register for and sync events to their calendar from their account. 

Resources

From the homepage, members can login to update their account information and also access password-protected information such as the member directory and other resources. In addition to the Member Hub, Urban Libraries Council has a full website with tons of resources, updates on initiatives, a newsroom section and blog with additional information for constituents. 

Best of all, Urban Libraries Council manages it all with Accrisoft Freedom. Now they can manage their members, finance, events and more all in one place.
