Support Ticket Email Template Options

In the past, when communicating with customers via the Support Tickets module, you had only one option for the email template that was used to send the message.

In 9.6, you can now create as many different templates as you want. For example, you could have a different template for each type of support message, and these can have entirely different graphical layouts, all of which you can customize.

If there's more than one option, each time you send an email to a customer, you can decide which template to use.
