As Vice President of Communications, Ben is responsible for assuring the quality all of the written materials released by Accrisoft, including web pages, email campaigns, product release bulletins and help documentation.
In addition, Ben oversees the support department, and is also responsible for Accrisoft's training, marketing, billing and website production efforts.
